Personalities including Keira Knightley, Dame Dame Judi Dench, Kaiser Chiefs, Stephen Fry, Sir Sir Patrick Stewart, Jordan Stephens and Juliet Stevenson are supporting Amnesty International's Football Welcomes initiative, joining various national football teams for a weekend of activities (April 21-22), which aim to 'show support for and solidarity with refugees'.

Dench commented 'Football, and all sports, are for everyone to enjoy. How wonderful that the football clubs are making this particular stand and ensuring that everybody is included and made welcome'.
